Lions Futbol Club was founded in 2023 in Denton, Texas, with one mission: to provide young athletes an affordable and competitive environment where they can grow not just as soccer players, but as responsible, disciplined individuals. What began as a dream quickly evolved into a powerful movement—uniting players, coaches, and families under a shared love for the beautiful game.

In just a short time, the Lions have made a big roar. Starting in Division 5, we climbed our way up the ranks with determination and grit, reaching Division 1 and competing among the top teams in North Texas. Along the way, we’ve celebrated championships, learned from setbacks, and built a culture centered on hard work, respect, and unity.

Our club isn’t run like the “big name” programs with sky-high fees. We’re a community-based team that puts player development first—on and off the field. We believe that discipline, school success, teamwork, and passion go hand-in-hand with soccer excellence. Every training session, every game, every tournament—we bring the energy, the pride, and the roar of the Lions.
